Daily Routine

  • 4 a.m.: Wakening
  • 4.30 a.m.: Meditation
    (sitting meditation and walking meditation)
  • 5.30 a.m.: Breakfast
    (after that: sitting meditation and walking meditation)
  • 10.30 a.m.: Lunch
    (after that: sitting meditation and walking meditation)
  • 5 p.m.: Beverages are served
    (after that: sitting meditation and walking meditation)
  • 9.30 p.m.: Rest or further meditation
Dhamma talks are given by Sayadaw U Indaka, Ven. Virañani, or Ariya Baumann. If no teachers are present, taped Dhamma talks are played.
About three times a week all meditators have an interview with the teacher to receive further instructions and encouragement for their practice.
