Sitz- und Gehmeditation wechseln sich ab, die \u00fcbrige Zeit gilt dem achtsamen und langsamen Ausf\u00fchren aller t\u00e4glicher Verrichtungen wie aufstehen, waschen, ankleiden, essen, duschen, etc. Es wird sehr grossen Wert auf die Entfaltung einer steten und ununterbrochenen Achtsamkeit in allen T\u00e4tigkeiten gelegt!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Die Belehrungen, Einzelgespr\u00e4che und Dhamma Vortr\u00e4ge von Sayadaw U Indaka werden auf Englisch \u00fcbersetzt. Wenn Ven. Vira\u00f1ani im Zentrum ist, kann sie Anleitungen auf Englisch geben. Sie versteht auch Franz\u00f6sisch. Wenn Ariya Baumann im Zentrum ist, gibt sie Vortr\u00e4ge auf Englisch. Meditierende Frauen und M\u00e4nner werden gebeten, die burmesische Yogi-Kleidung zu tragen: brauner Longyi (Sarong) und weisse oder helle Bluse\/T-Shirt f\u00fcr Frauen, Longyi und weisses oder helles Hemd\/T-Shirt f\u00fcr M\u00e4nner. Bitte keine Spaghetti-Tr\u00e4ger-Leibchen. Die Longyis k\u00f6nnen im Zentrum ausgeliehen werden, falls n\u00f6tig. Nonnen und M\u00f6nche m\u00fcssen ihre vollst\u00e4ndige Robe
